Don't see it? Ask. We work with established trade printers, so most printed products are within reach.

How ordering works

  1. Quote. We send a written quote with prices for the quantities you ask about. A quote is good for 30 days.
  2. Proof. Once you accept, we send a proof of your artwork. Nothing is printed until you approve the proof in writing.
  3. Payment. You pay online through a secure payment link. Orders under $250 are paid in full up front. Larger orders take a 50% deposit, and the balance is due before the order ships. Established customers may be offered net 30 terms.
  4. Delivery. Your order is printed and shipped to you, or held for pickup.

Policies

Quantities

Printing can run slightly over or under the quantity ordered. Runs within 10% of the quantity ordered are billed on the quantity delivered.

Problems with an order

Check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, contact us within 10 days of delivery. When an order doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll have it reprinted or refund it. Errors in a proof you approved, such as a typo, are not grounds for a reprint or refund, so please check proofs carefully.

Sales tax

We collect Florida sales tax on printed products as the law requires. Customers buying for resale can give us a valid Florida Annual Resale Certificate to be invoiced without tax.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to quote, produce and deliver your order: your contact details, your artwork and your order history. Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We share your files and shipping details only with the printer and carrier producing your order, and we never sell your information.

Terms

By approving a quote and proof you confirm that you have the right to print the artwork you send us. Prices, quantities and dates are those on your accepted quote and invoice.
